Srinagar, July 18 -- The Internal Financial Advisor (IFA) of the Jammu and Kashmir Home Department on Friday reviewed capital expenditure and directed officers to ensure timely utilisation of funds, strict adherence to financial rules and avoidance of liabilities without budgetary provisions.

The review meeting, held in two sessions at the Police Headquarters, was attended by Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs) of the Home Department. It was inaugurated by Additional Director General of Police (Headquarters) and chaired by IFA Shakeel Maqbool.
