Srinagar, July 21 -- The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh has ordered a fresh written examination for 67 candidates who were unable to appear for the Junior Assistant recruitment test at a centre in Jammu due to a shortage of examination material.
According to an official statement, the written examination for the posts of Junior Assistant was conducted on Monday at multiple centres across the Union Territory through an outsourced agency.
The High Court said that at the Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research, Nardani, Kot Bhalwal examination centre, the supplied examination material fell short, leaving 67 candidates without OMR answer sheets and question booklets.
