JAMMU, April 7 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Monday trapped and arrested a Junior Assistant of the Social Welfare Department in Billawar area of Kathua district for allegedly demanding and accepting a bribe from a complainant.

An ACB spokesperson said that a case under FIR No. 03/2026 under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, was registered at Police Station ACB Jammu against Des Raj, Junior Assistant posted in the Social Welfare Department, Billawar, District Kathua.
