SRINAGAR, Sept. 25 -- The Jammu and Kashmir government on Friday informed the Legislative Assembly that Rs.40 lakh has been earmarked under the Union Territory Capex Budget 2026-27 for completion of the New Type Primary Health Centre (NTPHC) building at Devar Lolab in Kupwara district.
Replying to a Calling Attention Motion moved by MLA Qaysar Jamshaid Lone, Health and Medical Education Minister Sakeena Itoo said the project was approved during 2020-21 under the district sector and entrusted to the Jammu and Kashmir Housing Board for execution.
She said the project was originally sanctioned at a cost of Rs.1.99 crore and allotted at Rs.1.41 crore, with a completion period of three financial years.
