Srinagar, March 19 -- The Jammu and Kashmir government is committed to delivering equitable, inclusive, and affordable healthcare to every citizen in the Union Territory, Health Minister Sakeena Itoo said on Wednesday.

Itoo inaugurated 50-bedded Integrated AYUSH Hospital at Chawalgam in south Kashmir's Kulgam district, an official press release informed.

It said the hospital, constructed at an estimated cost of around Rs 7.40 crores, marks a significant milestone in the government's sustained efforts to promote traditional systems of medicine alongside modern healthcare services.
