SRINAGAR, Feb. 27 -- A drug de-addiction awareness program was conducted at Islamia College of Science & Commerce by Shifa Foundation in collaboration with 82 BN CRPF.
The programme was aimed at spreading awareness about substance abuse, the rehabilitation process, and highlighting the importance of leading a healthy and responsible life.
Speaking during the programme, Principal Prof. Tehmina Yousuf emphasised on the collaborative approach of all stakeholders to address the issue. While addressing the students, she encouraged them to come out of their stress and lead a healthy life by sharing their concerns or issues with the college's faculty mentors. She ensured all support to the students for their purpose and well-being.
