JAMMU, Sept. 9 -- Filmmakers, producers and artists associated with Dogri cinema were felicitated by Divisional Commissioner Jammu Ramesh Kumar during events organised under the International Film Festival of Jammu and Kashmir (IFFJK) at Wave Mall here on Tuesday.

The felicitation ceremony was held during a special screening of the film IKKIS, organised as part of the festival. Senior officials, members of the film fraternity, artists, students and representatives of various departments attended the event.

The Divisional Commissioner honoured filmmakers and artists for their contribution to the promotion of Dogri language, cinema and cultural heritage.
