JAMMU, Oct. 22 -- Divisional Commissioner Jammu Vikas Kundal on Thursday reviewed arrangements for the Annual Darbar Move 2026-27, directing departments to ensure essential services and traffic management measures are in place before the Civil Secretariat reopens in Jammu on November 2.
The meeting reviewed accommodation, healthcare, road connectivity, traffic regulation, power and water supply, sanitation and streetlighting arrangements for the resumption of official functioning.
