SRINAGAR, Sept. 7 -- The Directorate of Colleges on Monday launched JK_SIGMA, a mobile application of the Students Integrated Grievance and Messaging Application (SIGMA), aimed at providing students of government degree colleges in Jammu and Kashmir with access to grievance redressal and official communication services through smartphones.
The application was released by Director Colleges, Dr Sheikh Ajaz Bashir. According to the department, the launch expands the reach of the SIGMA platform, which has been available through the Directorate of Colleges website since June 2025.
