Srinagar, March 9 -- Director School Education Kashmir, Naseer Ahmad Wani, on Monday visited schools in the remote Mir Behri area of Dal Lake to review their functioning following the reopening after winter vacation, interacting with students and teachers while emphasising the need to strengthen elementary education and intensify field-level monitoring across the Valley.

During the visit, the Director inspected Government Boys Middle School Moti Mohalla, Dal Kalan and other nearby institutions. He warmly welcomed the students by distributing sweets and flower garlands, creating a cheerful atmosphere on the first days after reopening.
