Uri, May 21 -- Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary on Wednesday reviewed the availability of essential services and progress of developmental works across Uri sub-division during a meeting held at the Officers Club Uri.
The meeting was attended by MLA Uri Sajjad Shafi, senior officers of the district administration and officials from various line departments.
During the meeting, the deputy chief minister stressed the need for prompt public service delivery, strong developmental initiatives and effective public outreach for timely redressal of grievances.
He directed officers to remain accessible to the people and ensure time-bound disposal of public welfare and developmental issues.
