Ramban, July 20 -- Deputy Commissioner Ramban Mohammad Alyas Khan on Sunday reviewed the situation across the district following intermittent rainfall and an adverse weather advisory, inspecting the Nashri landslide site on National Highway-44 and other vulnerable locations to assess the impact of the weather and ongoing restoration work.

According to an official statement, the Deputy Commissioner directed all Sub-Divisional Magistrates and Tehsildars to remain stationed in their respective jurisdictions, closely coordinate with line departments, monitor the situation round the clock and ensure a prompt response to any emergency.
