KULGAM, March 6 -- Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Shahzad Alam, today chaired a meeting of officers to review the implementation and progress of various schemes and programmes of the Social Welfare Department (SWD) in the district.
During the meeting, the DC reviewed the functioning of One Stop Centre, the integrated Child Protection Scheme, the SANKALP Hub for Women, Child Welfare Committees (CWCs), the Drug De-addiction Centre and the implementation of State Marriage Assistance Scheme, ISSS, scholarships and other welfare initiatives being implemented by the department.
