GANDERBAL, Oct. 27 -- Deputy Commissioner Shreya Singhal on Tuesday reviewed the physical and financial progress of works under the District Capex Budget 2026-27 and issues affecting the execution of Srinagar Ring Road Phase-II and Phase-IIA, directing departments to ensure timely completion of projects and resolve pending bottlenecks.
During a meeting at the Mini Secretariat, Singhal reviewed expenditure and progress against approved targets under various components of the District Capex Budget, including the Regular Component, District Development Council (DDC), Block Development Council (BDC), Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRI), ABPD, APDP, Constituency Development Fund (CDF) and Tribal Plan under UT Capex and DA-JGUA.
