Budgam, July 19 -- Deputy Commissioner Budgam Athar Aamir Khan on Saturday reviewed the implementation of Mission Gyan Bharatam and called for coordinated efforts to preserve, document and digitise the district's manuscript heritage.
Chairing a review meeting, the Deputy Commissioner directed government departments, tehsildars and block development officers to conduct surveys in their respective jurisdictions, including religious sites, heritage buildings, government offices and private collections, to identify valuable manuscripts for preservation, according to an official statement.
