SRINAGAR, Sept. 28 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Monday reviewed Jammu and Kashmir's preparedness for the nationwide Reform Utsav campaign, scheduled to run from October to December 2026, and directed departments to strengthen coordination and public outreach ahead of its launch.

The three-month campaign, spearheaded by the Department of Economic Affairs (DEA), Government of India, aims to showcase governance reforms, citizen-centric initiatives and developmental interventions undertaken over the past 12 years.

During a meeting attended by senior administrative officers, Dulloo stressed that the campaign should serve as a platform for taking governance reforms to the grassroots level rather than being limited to ceremonial events. ...
