Srinagar, July 30 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Wednesday directed the administration to establish a daily monitoring mechanism to expedite implementation of the SVAMITVA Scheme and AgriStack programme, while stressing integration with the Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) Unified Lending Interface (ULI) to simplify institutional credit for farmers.
Chairing a review meeting, Dulloo assessed the progress of the SVAMITVA Scheme, Digital Crop Survey, digitisation of land records under AgriStack and integration of these records with the RBI's ULI platform.
