Srinagar, Aug. 20 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Wednesday directed the creation of a dedicated Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) and a digital monitoring portal for public-private partnership (PPP) projects while reviewing the progress and future roadmap of the Centre for Innovation and Transformation in Governance (CITaG).

Chairing a high-level meeting, Dulloo stressed the need for a robust mechanism to oversee the conceptualisation, development, execution and outcomes of PPP projects across Jammu and Kashmir. He said a dedicated portal would enable real-time monitoring, help identify bottlenecks and ensure timely implementation of projects.
