Srinagar, Oct. 3 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Friday directed Deputy Commissioners across Jammu and Kashmir to ensure 100 per cent coverage of eligible farmers under the AgriStack programme and furnish certificates confirming that no eligible beneficiary has been left out.

The direction was issued during a review meeting on the progress of land records digitisation and implementation of AgriStack across the Union Territory. The meeting examined district-wise progress in generation of Farmer IDs, Unique Land Parcel Identification Numbers (ULPINs), digitisation of cadastral maps through BhuNaksha and the proposed integration of digitised land records with the Reserve Bank of India's Unified Lending Interface (ULI).
