SRINAGAR, July 23 -- The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Crime Branch, Kashmir, has filed a charge sheet against four persons in connection with an alleged job fraud in which aspirants were reportedly duped on the false promise of employment in the Airports Authority of India.

The charge sheet was filed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Srinagar, in connection with FIR No. 36/2018 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B of the Ranbir Penal Code (RPC) read with Section 66(D) of the Information Technology Act.

The accused have been identified as Mohit Sharma alias Bhardwaj of Noida, Uttar Pradesh; Mukesh Kumar, Mehmood Khan and Ram Lakhan, all residents of Delhi.
