Jammu, July 20 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) on Sunday expressed grief over the loss of lives and property caused by flash floods in Poonch and Rajouri districts and urged the government to ensure prompt rescue, relief and rehabilitation measures for the affected people.
