Srinagar, April 11 -- Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has congratulated the Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir (SKUAST-K) for achieving a "significant scientific breakthrough" in the research and advancement of Morel (Gucchi) mushrooms.
