Srinagar, June 27 -- Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Friday met former governor of the erstwhile state, N N Vohra, here and exchanged views on a range of issues concerning the Union Territory.

"Chief Minister today met former Governor of Jammu & Kashmir, Shri N N Vohra, in Srinagar. They had a warm and engaging interaction and exchanged views on a range of issues concerning Jammu & Kashmir, drawing upon Shri Vohra's vast administrative experience and deep understanding of the region," the CM's office said in a post on X.

It said chief minister's advisor Nasir Aslam Wani was also present during the meeting.

Vohra was the governor from June 2008 to August 2018.
