Srinagar, July 19 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Saturday reviewed the proposed Data Management Strategy and Action Plan for Jammu and Kashmir, directing departments to develop an integrated data ecosystem to improve public service delivery and strengthen digital governance.

The strategy aims to establish a secure and interoperable framework for sharing government data across departments, enabling authorised agencies to access authenticated information without requiring citizens to repeatedly submit the same documents, according to an official statement.
