ANANTNAG, June 19 -- The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday organised a press conference in Anantnag to mark the completion of 12 years of the Central Government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, highlighting what it described as major achievements in development, governance and public welfare.

Addressing the media, BJP Jammu and Kashmir spokespersons Altaf Thakur and Danish Ahmad Bhat termed the last twelve years a "golden era" for the country and particularly for Jammu and Kashmir.
