Srinagar, April 11 -- Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari on Saturday called upon the people to collectively shoulder the responsibility of ensuring the success of the 100-day 'Nasha Mukt' (drug-free) campaign in Jammu and Kashmir. He also expressed support for Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha's announcement that strict legal action would be taken against drug smugglers.
