SRINAGAR, Sept. 28 -- Air Marshal Sandeep Thareja, Director General of Armed Forces Medical Services (DGAFMS), called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha here on Sunday.

He was accompanied by Brigadier S.K. Mishra and Brigadier Karthik V.
