Srinagar, June 16 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has filed a charge-sheet against a junior engineer of the J&K Housing Board and his wife in a disproportionate assets case before the Court of Special Judge Anti-Corruption, Srinagar.

According to an ACB statement, the charge-sheet was filed in FIR No. 18/2020 registered under Section 5(1)(e) read with Section 5(2) of the J&K Prevention of Corruption Act, Samvat 2006, and Section 109 RPC at Police Station ACB Srinagar.

The accused have been identified as Tariq Ahmad Ganie, a Junior Engineer in the J&K Housing Board, and his wife, Rukhsana Jan, an Anganwadi worker in the ICDS Department. Both are residents of Aali Gund Chandergam, Tral.
