ACB attaches properties in disproportionate assets case involving former DC Sgr office official
Srinagar, June 28 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Saturday attached properties allegedly accumulated through disproportionate assets by Imtiyaz Ahmad Bhat, son of late Ghulam Mohammad Bhat, a resident of Firdousabad Batamaloo, Srinagar, who was posted as Naazir in the office of Deputy Commissioner Srinagar.
The attachment was carried out in connection with FIR No. 09/2025 registered at Police Station ACB Srinagar in a disproportionate assets case.
As per the ACB, the attached properties include a single-storey tin-roofed residential house along with six marlas and 172 square feet of land at Firdousabad Batamaloo, recorded in the name of the accused and his spouse.
