Srinagar, Feb. 12 -- The Indian Institute of Skiing and Mountaineering (IISM), Gulmarg, on Thursday successfully concluded its fourth 14-day Skiing and Snowboarding Course of the 2025-26 training season, with a graduation ceremony held at the institute's premises.

The course drew enthusiastic participation from winter sports aspirants from different parts of the country, reaffirming the institute's role in promoting professionalism and excellence in skiing and snowboarding training in India.

Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, Minga Sherpa (IAS), attended the function as the chief guest. A total of 101 candidates successfully completed the course, including 57 in the Basic category, 14 in Intermediate, 7 in Advanced and 23 in Snowboarding. T...
