TOKYO, April 28 -- Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan issued the following news release: On April 28, commencing at 2:15 a.m. (local time on April 27 1:15 p.m.) for approximately 1 hours and 30 minutes, Dr. KUNIMITSU Ayano, State Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, who visited New York, the United States, participated in a side event on the "International Group of Eminent Persons for a World without Nuclear Weapons (IGEP)," hosted by the Government of Japan.
