On August 8, commencing at 11:45 a.m. for approximately 45 minutes, Mr.ISHIBA Shigeru, Prime Minister of Japan held a summit meeting with H.E. Ms. Dina Ercilia BOLUARTE ZEGARRA, President of the Republic of Peru, who is visiting Japan as an official Guest of Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan. Following the meeting, the two leaders witnessed the signing and exchange ceremony of the "Memorandum of Cooperation in the Field of Tourism" and the notes concerning Japan's provision of fire trucks and water wagons, and held a joint press occasion. After that, commencing at 12:55 p.m. for approximately 50 minutes, a working lunch was held.
