On May 3, commencing at5:15 p.m. local time (11:15 p.m. on same day, Japan time) for 45 minutes, Mr. MOTEGI Toshimitsu, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Dr. William Samoei RUTO, President of Kenya, during his visit to Kenya.
