Lesotho, April 24 -- Young people in Lesotho have been encouraged to move from simply using technology to creating it, during the Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation (CTO) Council Meeting held in Maseru.

The event brought together two major platforms: The Women's Forum and the Youth Innovation Forum. Both spaces focused on how technology can be used to improve lives and build stronger communities.

At the Youth Innovation Forum, Tsikinyane Mangangole, Chief Financial Officer at the Lesotho Communications Authority (LCA), urged young Basotho to take an active role in shaping the digital future.
