At just 26 years old, Makhala Henson is turning a national challenge into a business opportunity. She is the founder and Managing Director of Molhen Paper Solutions, a company focused on producing environmentally friendly packaging.

With a background in Statistics and Demography from the National University of Lesotho, Henson is using data and research to tackle the growing problem of plastic waste.
