Lesotho, July 1 -- The Regional Value Chains for Inclusive and Sustainable Development Plus (RVCL+) Programme is implemented by the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) in partnership with the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Business Development, with support from the European Union (EU). The programme helps Basotho micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) improve competitiveness, access new markets and create jobs in priority value chains.
