Revenue Services Lesotho (RSL), the Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Association of Lesotho, the Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Trade, and Ministry of Education have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and launched a Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Curriculum. The initiative aims to enhance coordination in regulating both ozone and non-ozone depleting substances, while also strengthening inter-agency collaboration for environmental protection.
