Lesotho, Dec. 17 -- Liberty Life Lesotho has pledged to invest heavily in customer experience over the next decade as it marks ten years of operating in the local insurance market.
The commitment was announced during a media briefing held on December 10 at Mpilo Boutique Hotel, where the company celebrated its 10th anniversary. Liberty Life began operating in Lesotho in 2015.
As part of the celebration, Liberty honoured its first ten clients who joined the company when it entered the Lesotho market. The event was also attended by the Central Bank of Lesotho (CBL), represented by the Head of Insurance Department, Bafokeng Noosi.
