Lesotho, Dec. 10 -- Thabelang Letsatsi from Lithabaneng is making waves in volleyball, both locally and internationally. A Titans Volleyball player, Letsatsi first discovered her passion for the sport during her high school days, where she was coached by Khotso Mahloko, popularly known as Peazo.
"I first won gold with my teammates at the LISA Ball Games in high school. I earned three medals during those games and was also named MVP. I later competed at Zone VI, a major international tournament for African teams," Letsatsi shared.
Overcoming challenges
Her journey hasn't been without hurdles:
Lack of training equipment, such as volleyballs, affected performance.
High transport costs limited opportunities to attend competitions.
