Lesotho, Jan. 21 -- Maseru- Telecommunications giant Econet Telecom Lesotho (ETL), in partnership with Global Events, have officially launched the 7th edition of the Econet Africa Passion International Cultural Festival (APICA) at a vibrant media event held at Baduza Park, Maseru Mall.

The launch marks the beginning of what promises to be one of Lesotho's most anticipated lifestyle festivals for 2026.
