A Seminar for Station Master Warrant Officers (MWOs) of Western Air Command was conducted at HQ WAC on 14 Sep 26. The Seminar was presided over by Air Marshal George Thomas, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, WAC, and attended by Station MWOs from across the Command's Area of Responsibility.
A common platform was provided to share best practices, exchange ideas and deliberate upon areas for improvement. Discussions focussed on enhancing the working environment, addressing common challenges and strengthening welfare initiatives for Air Warriors and their families.
