India, Aug. 31 -- The Government of India has issued a release:
Vice President Shri C. P. Radhakrishnan today attended the Fisheries Outreach Programme at Agatti, Lakshadweep, and released "Mission Rangeen Machhli 2031", the Strategic Action Plan for Ornamental Fisheries Development. He also distributed various government benefits and assistance to beneficiaries from the fisheries sector.
