NAINITAL, India, March 12 -- Uttarakhand High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 10:
1. The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of an order dated 25.11.2022, passed in Writ Petition (S/S) No.716 of 2020 and batch. By the said order, the following direction was issued :-
" Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the concerned Regional Provident Fund Commissioner to consider and decide the claim of petitioners, in terms of the judgment rendered by Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP(C) No.8658-8659 of 2019, within eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order."
