India, Sept. 3 -- The Government of India has issued a release:
Union Minister for Railways Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw; Union Minister for Commerce and Industry Shri Piyush Goyal; Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra Shri Eknath Shinde, along with other dignitaries, flagged off the inaugural service of the new train between Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) and Sawantwadi Road today, marking a significant step towards strengthening direct rail connectivity between Mumbai and the Konkan region.
