Union Minister of State for Panchayati Raj and Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Prof. S. P. Singh Baghel, released a compendium titled "51 Stories of Panchayats Bringing Change for Good Governance" (51 कहानियां बदलाव की, पंचायत सुराज की), today in New Delhi.
