Union Minister of State for Communications and Rural Development, Dr. Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani, while addressing the 20th Rozgar Mela in Chennai today, congratulated the newly appointed government employees and their families, calling upon the recruits to approach public service with integrity, empathy, responsibility and a commitment to continuous learning.
