The 14th BRICS Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) Ministerial Meeting began here with an inaugural address by Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Science and Technology and Earth Sciences and MoS PMO, Personnel, Public Grievances, Pensions, Atomic Energy and Space, Dr. Jitendra Singh, who defined India's growing global outreach in science, technology and innovation under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
