Under the Mission Shakti Guidelines, One Stop Centre (OSC) provides integrated and immediate support and assistance under one roof to women affected by violence and those in distress, both in private and public spaces all across the country and are required to meet the prescribed minimum infrastructure and service standards, including adequate space for counselling, temporary shelter, medical and legal support, accessibility for persons with disabilities, a dedicated vehicle with scheme branding, trained staff and convergence with the Police, Health Department and District Legal Services Authority to provide integrated support and assistance to women in distress.
