AGARTALA, India, April 17 -- Tripura High Court issued the following order/judgement on March 17:
Heard Mr. Dhruba Jyoti Saha, learned counsel for the applicants, has prayed for modification of the order dated 11.02.2026, whereby a scope was given to the said applicants to submit the counter-affidavit, subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand) only to be deposited in favour of High Court Employees' Welfare Fund Committee, High Court of Tripura.
Learned counsel, Mr. Dhruba Jyoti Saha, prays for relaxation of said payment of cost.
Court is not satisfied with the submission.
