Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.
This is an application filed by the applicant for condoning delay of 535 days in preferring the connected appeal.
Having heard the submissions made at the Bar and after going through the averments made in the application, this Court is of the view that the averments made in the application are self-explanatory and for that reason, instant IA application filed by the applicant should be allowed.
In view of the above, the interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of.
